These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and the purchase of products from Leafed Ltd.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract

2. Products

We sell premium matcha powder and matcha accessories.

We take care to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings

  • As natural products, slight variation in matcha colour or texture may occur

All products are subject to availability.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£).

  • Delivery costs are shown at checkout before payment.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed through our website using Squarespace Commerce.

Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store full card details.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract is formed when we dispatch your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if:

  • Payment is not authorised

  • Fraud is suspected

  • Stock is unavailable

5. Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are typically dispatched within [1–3 working days].

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

Risk passes to you upon delivery.

6. Cancellation & Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under UK consumer law.

Due to hygiene and food safety:

  • Opened matcha tins cannot be returned.

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival before a refund is issued.

7. Product Care & Storage

Matcha should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Leafed is not responsible for deterioration caused by improper storage after delivery.

Accessories should be handled carefully and used as intended.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Leafed Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including branding, imagery, logos, and written content, is the property of Leafed Ltd.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
