1. Matcha Powder

Under UK law, customers have a legal right to cancel online orders within 14 days of receiving them.

  • You may return sealed, unopened matcha tins within 14 days of delivery.

  • We politely encourage thoughtful purchases, as our matcha is freshly curated for you.

  • All returns are subject to statutory rights.

  • Due to hygiene and food safety, opened tins cannot be returned

2. Matcha Accessories and Tools

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging.

  • Please ensure items are handled carefully — fragile items such as ceramic chawans must be returned in original packaging to avoid damage.

  • Returns cannot be accepted for items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos.

  • We will inspect all returned items upon arrival before issuing a refund or replacement.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or damaged.

4. Inspection Clause

  • All returned items, whether matcha tins or accessories, will be inspected upon arrival.

  • Refunds will only be issued for items that meet the criteria above:

    • Sealed matcha tins

    • Unused accessories in original packaging

    • Faulty or damaged items

This ensures we maintain the premium quality and hygiene standards of Leafed products.

5. How to Return

  1. Contact us at hello@leafed.co to initiate a return.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. Ship the item securely back to us. We recommend using tracked postage for your protection.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.

6. Brand Note

As a small, premium brand, we encourage you to purchase thoughtfully. While we accept returns in line with UK law, we strive to minimise waste and maintain the quality of every tin and accessory. All returns are handled with care and inspected before refunds are issued.
